The memorandum opinion in the above-entitled appeal filed on April 29,
2008 is hereby corrected as follows:
1)
on page 4, Mrs. Nacapuy's physician's name should
read "Furtunato Elizaga, M.D.";
2)
on page 7, line 7, the sentence should read "he used
the fluoroscope,".
