ORDER OF AMENDMENT

The opinion of the court, filed on March 5, 2008, is hereby amended as to the following:

1) Page 28, line 18: The phrase "owner's use is required" should be amended to read "owner's consent is required". Line 18, as amended should read:

"her use of the vehicle was without the owner's
consent is required."

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion.
