Petitioner/defendant-appellant Glenn Kiyohiko Mizukami, by application for a writ of certiorari filed on June 12, 2008, seeks supreme court review of orders of the Intermediate Court of Appeals filed on May 14, May 23, and June 5, 2008. The orders are not reviewable by the supreme court by application for a writ of certiorari. See HRS § 602-59(a) (Supp. 2007). Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the application for a writ of certiorari is dismissed.
