NO. 29054
IN THE
SUPREME COURT OF THE STATE OF HAWAI‘I
DANTAO SU, Plaintiff,
vs.
CARMEN
DIAMORE-SIAH, Defendant.
ORIGINAL PROCEEDING
ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT
(By: Moon, C.J., Levinson, Nakayama, Acoba, and Duffy, JJ.)
Upon review of the "Complaint and Claim for Damages Against an
Attorney" submitted by Plaintiff Dantao Su,
it is apparent that this court lacks original jurisdiction to entertain
the complaint. See Section 602-5
of the Hawai‘i Revised Statutes. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY
ORDERED that: (1) the Clerk shall file the complaint without payment of
the filing fee, and
(2) the complaint is dismissed. This dismissal is without prejudice to
a complaint filed in a court of
competent jurisdiction.
DATED: Honolulu,
Hawai‘i, March 28, 2008.
