Upon consideration of petitioner Keith Murauskas's "writ of mandamus"
dated July 9, 2008 and July 11, 2008, which is
deemed a motion to enforce compliance with the April 24, 2008 writ of
mandamus, it appears that petitioner is in receipt of
file-stamped copies of the appeal papers filed on May 7, 2008 in Civil
No. 1RC06-1-5037, petitioner's notice of appeal was
processed, and petitioner's appeal was docketed in the appellate court
on July 7, 2008 in No. 29143. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY
ORDERED that the motion to enforce compliance with the April 24, 2008
writ of mandamus is denied.
