Upon consideration of the Respondent Ronald G.S. Au's "Motion For Reconsideration of the Supreme Court of Hawaii's Order Denying Motion To Amend Order of Suspension, Filed

December 17, 2008," made pursuant to Rule 40 of the Hawai'i Rules of Appellate Procedure (HRAP), and the record, it appears that Respondent Au has raised no point of law or fact that the supreme court has overlooked or misapprehended, as required by HRAP 40(b). Therefore,
