ORDER DENYING PETITION TO RESIGN AND SURRENDER LICENSE

Upon consideration of Petitioner Margaret L. Sanders' Petition to Resign and Surrender License, the attached affidavits, and the record, it appears Petitioner Sanders has not responded to this court's April 9, 2009 order requiring Petitioner Sanders to file proof that she is Margaret Louise Dorothy. As a result, we are unable to conclude that Petitioner Margaret L. Sanders is the person who is assigned attorney number 4681, and we have no record of admission for Margaret L. Sanders. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Petitioner Sanders' petition to resign and surrender license is denied.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner Sanders' petition for waiver of 2009 dues and fees is dismissed.
