Upon consideration of petitioner Janice K. M.
Chung Keliihananui's papers filed on October 13, 2009, which request
additional time to file a motion for reconsideration of the
April 21, 2009 order denying the petition for a writ of mandamus,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the request for
additional time to file a motion for reconsideration is denied.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the clerk of the
appellate court shall not accept any further filings in this case.
