Upon consideration of the petition for a writ of prohibition filed by petitioner Darrell Siu and the papers in support,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Sharon A.F. Berinobis, as plaintiff-appellee in Civil No. 1RC07-1-3660, is designated a respondent.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the respondent judge and respondent Berinobis shall file answers to the petition for a writ of prohibition within ten days from the date of this order. Petitioner may file a supplemental memorandum or other supplemental material within the time provided.

IT IS FINALLY ORDERED that entry of an order directing payment in Civil No. 1RC07-1-3660 is temporarily stayed pending the disposition of this original proceeding.
