It appearing that the "Order Denying Petition," filed on December 23, 2009, contains a typographical error on page 2:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the reference to "Petitioner Lee's" be corrected to "Petitioner Yee's."

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing correction in the original order.
