It appearing that the reference to "Civ. No. 03-1-0505-07 (GWBC)" in the case caption of the opinion of the court, filed September 9, 2005, is incorrect,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the civil number is corrected as follows: "Civ. No. 03-1-1505-07 (GWBC)." The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of these changes.
